I was scouting for some new offers but was disappointed. Citibank who usually has a lot of $100 sign up bonuses has reduced their bonus offers and changed their ThankYouNetwork point to dollar ratio. Their Premier Pass Card commercials that offer 15,000 bonus points has one down side, an Annual fee.
